This tool will allow you to reset your Jumpstart password. You can look up your username if the system is reporting your information is not found.
Password Requirements
- Cannot include any part of your name
- Must be at least 12 characters long
- Must use at least one of 3/4 of these categories - lower case, upper case, numbers, and symbols
- Cannot have been used in the past 3 password choices
- Is not listed as a compromised password in public reports

- MyJstart
- JStats
- Staff Intranet
- Office 365 (email)
- Jumpstart email on any devices
- Skype for Business
- OneDrive
- Google Drive
- Salesforce (through Okta)
- Paycom
- Jumpstart's VPN
- Remote Desktop
- Concur
- Intacct
